Trahanoto® with asparagus

By Gourmelita 19/07/2016

Ingredients

  • 1 Trahanoto® box - 300gr
  • A handful asparagus
  • Approx. 10cm fresh ginger
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 1 sheeps milk yoghurt
  • 800ml boiled water
  • Salt & pepper for taste
  • Grated cheese of your choice

Instructions

  1. Wash tha asparagus and cut the asparagus stalk off with your hand. Remove approximately 10-15cm from the asparagus.
  2. Remove the ginger peel and cut it in small pieces. Boil the water and keep it aside. In a sauté pan heat the olive oil and sauté the asparagus and ginger over high heat.
  3. Lower the heat (from high to medium) and add the Trahanoto®. Sauté for about 1 minute while stirring regularly. Poor the water little by little, in small portions and continue to stir regularly. Once all the liquids have been absorbed, your Trahanoto® is ready. Season with salt and pepper. Add the yogurt and mix well.
  4. Add some grated feta/parmesan, or any other cheese of your choice and your Trahanoto® is ready to be served.

I love good food! My oldest and most cherished memories associated almost always with some food-smell, taste or texture. Since I remember I liked cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. In recent years it has fascinated and the magical world of pastry. It excites me to discover and try new recipes and to commute with my friends. I love new flavors and I love good restaurants. And when I say "good", I mean those serving tasty, well cooked food. My world tour of flavors, can not remain limited to the four walls of my kitchen.
