Trahanoto® with mushrooms and sage

Ingredients

  • 1 Trahanoto® box - 300gr
  • 500g mushrooms, cut in thin slices
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 120gr onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 200gr white wine
  • 80gr grated parmesan
  • 60gr butter
  • 10gr sage
  • 600-700ml water
  • 1 vegetable bouillon
  • Fresh pepper

Instructions

  1. Warm the water with the vegetable bouillon in a small pot. Keep the vegetable broth warm.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium to high heat. Sauté the chopped onion, until tender.
  3. Add the chopped garlic and the mushrooms and sauté until their color changes.
  4. Add the Trahanoto® and sauté for about 1-2 minutes. Pour in the wine and stir until completely absorbed.
