Trahanoto® with shrimps

Ingredients

  • 1 Trahanoto® box - 300gr
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Shrimps, frozen, well cleaned - 500gr
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 1 vegetable bouillon
  • 800ml boiled water
  • ½ tsp saffron (optional)
  • Salt, pepper for taste

Instructions

  1. Unfreeze well the shrimps. In a sauté pan or medium cooking pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  2. Add the shrimps and sauté for another 7 to 8 minutes. Add the Trahanoto® and stir  for 1 minute, until all the grains are coated and glistering. Poor the boiled water and the vegetable bouillon and allow to simmer, stirring regularly until all the liquid is absorbed.
  3. Once all the liquids have been absorbed, the Trahanoto® is ready. Add the parmesan, season with pepper and mix well.

Love me though for the kitchen, cooking and sharing recipes remain alive all these years and now I find that my involvement as the highest form of communication after everything discussed, resolved and agreed around a table. From this one page I will try to -elpizo katafero- put your bit in my kitchen in my life, because many of them occurring daily should not be wasted.
